Willie B tha playa started makin a name for himself back in 1998 when he began to freestyle in the hall with some of his peoples. Well look at him now but it wasnt always like this for Willie B. Growin up as the youngest child of a mother of four Willie always felt like he had to compete with his two older sisters and brother for attention. It was then he decided to turn to the streets. After being arrested as a juvenile its was then that Willie decided to turn to music as a way out of the streets. With alot of time on his hands he began to write songs and memorise them with the hopes of recording an album when he was released. While he was in custody he began to write letters to one of his partna's from high school by the name of Vinnie (V-Love) Santiago. Upon recieving the letters V-Love told his older brother producer Enzo (Mc Zee) Montalvo. A year later Willie B. was released and him and V-Love along with Robert (Big Rob) Tucker started a group called V.I.C.E. and they began to working with The Exodus Labb on thier group project but before thier album could get finished the group split up V-Love moved to New York and Willie B continued to work with Mc Zee a year later The Exodus Labb's "DA UNHEARD" Compilation was finished in which Willie featured on a song called Lyrical War with Mc Zee and Big Grip. Thats when everything came in to play and Willie started performin at local clubs around the Dallas area. Not long after that Willie had made a name for himself but he still wasnt satisfied he wanted to be heard more thats when he decided to start a group called Triple Threat with Charles (Dam Fool) Wiggins and Brandon (Shorty B) Bivins the three began workin with Linda Moore of Voyage Records but as a result of bad buisness the group decided to leave the label. Not workin in the studio the group decided to go thier seperate ways it was then that Willie B. decided to start Cold Wit It Records to give his artist the chance he never had. He soon began searchin for talent after putting his Cold Wit It label together he came back home and teamed up with The Exodus Labb and right now he is in the studio working on his solo album which is called "Tha Playa's Game" featuring tha hot single Playa's Need Love 2.
